The first two HR tips relate to Communication and a COVID-19 Plan. Business leaders tend to get busy running their businesses and often times rush past the important internal communications that keep the team informed, connected, motivated, and engaged. Now, more than ever, during the Pandemic employees need regular and consistent communication; and, the opportunity to provide their feedback to business leaders. Secondly, business leaders need to have their documented COVID-19 Preparedness & Response Plan in place if they are operating during the Pandemic, per the Executive Order. The plan serves as the blueprint for how the business will protect workers, customers, and visitors and how it will operate during COVID-19.
