This workshop is the fourth of the New Venture Start series in Jackson, MI, and is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who are considering starting their own business or are in the early stages of the start-up process.

“Financial Management”, is the fourth course in the series and introduces basic accounting concepts and how to apply financial information that helps small business owners manage a business more effectively. Key documents including Cash flow Statement, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet are explained, using specific small business examples. This workshop is designed to help entrepreneurs understand accounting principles and financial statements, and work more effectively with the accounting team.
