Job seekers can learn more about some of Lenawee County’s key employers in the new Companies and Careers booklet from the Align Lenawee Talent Consortium and Lenawee Now. The guide highlights career paths and job tracks, work-life balance, culture policies and programs, entry-level qualifications, and skills employers are seeking. It also includes information about companies’ histories, products, and services. A matrix of the employment benefits local companies offer has been developed to help students, parents, teachers, and counselors learn more about the career opportunities available in Lenawee County.
“We want our students, their parents, and their counselors to understand that there are a number of career opportunities right here in Lenawee County,” said Randy Yagelia, Director of the Align Lenawee Talent Consortium. “We’re passionate about helping our students and employers connect so that our youth can take advantage of these local career pathways and our employers can find talented local employees.

The Align Lenawee Talent Consortium is an initiative of Lenawee Now to build collaboration among students, parents, educators, and businesses across Lenawee County. Align Lenawee focuses on deepening the local talent pool, which is essential to sustaining our local economy.
