Using multiple media formats, real-world case studies, interactive discussions and presentations, participants in this course will learn how to support their project teams and functional leaders through an understanding of project management fundamentals. This eight-hour course will also provide insights into what’s needed to align organizational goals with project selection. Additionally, an emphasis will be placed on the impact organizational structure and culture have on project managers’ authority and ultimate project success. This course is taught by a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than a decade of project management experience.

Audience: Organizational leaders at all levels and from all sectors/departments. VIRTUAL This course will be delivered via Zoom. The workshop will run for two half-day sessions from 8 AM until Noon on Thursday, May 5 and Friday, May 6, 2022. If the morning session fills up, we will open an afternoon session. Eight (8) SHRM and HRCI credits are approved for this training.
