This workshop is the first of the New Venture Start series, and is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who are considering starting their own business or are in the early stages of the start-up process.
This introductory session provides information to help individuals assess their abilities to lead and manage a company, consider the risks and feasibility of owning a successful business, as well as how to evaluate market and sales potential for their products or services. Start-up costs, financing options, and business planning are introduced, along with necessary steps and resources to launch a new venture in Michigan.
