This is the third year in a row Herrick Hospital was recognized.As a recipient of the 2016 Patient Safety Excellence Award, ProMedica Herrick Hospital is among the top 10 percent of hospitals in the nation for preventing serious, potentially avoidable complications for patients during hospital stays.
Lenawee-based credit union marks 60 years of TLC
On July 21, 1956, Beth Brown was sitting in the Tecumseh Products lunchroom getting a new endeavor off the ground: a credit union for the Products’ workforce. On that first day, what was then called the Tecumseh Products Employees Credit Union had all of $352 in assets. Today, as what’s now the TLC Community Credit Union marks its 60th year in operation, it serves more than 46,000 people and manages assets of more than $400 million.
