First Phase of Downtown Hudson Apartment Rehabilitation Concluding
By autumn, several newly rehabilitated rental units above commercial spaces along Main Street in downtown Hudson will be ready to receive new occupants, thanks to a state grant program.
The rental rehabilitation project was initiated by the Hudson City Council two years ago and grant funding pursued to help breathe new life into vacant, upper-floor apartments above the downtown business fronts.

The community book will be distributed locally to business partners and hotels, as well as regionally at tourist centers.
