Lenawee Now hosted a ribbon cutting event on September 11, 2026 at the completely renovated historic building at 117 S. Main St. in Downtown Adrian.
Park House has 12 residential apartments and several flexible commercial spaces available, click here to learn more on available space in the building. The project has been made possible through a combination of private investment and Lenawee Now’s Enhancement Grant.
The building is called Park House to reflect its history — the A.B. Park Department Store was located there from 1877 to 1971.
