From The

Executive Director

To our partners and community members…

2025 was a year of meaningful progress for Lenawee County. Together, we’ve advanced projects that strengthen our economy, create jobs through workforce development and improve quality of life.

Outdated facilities (Bixby Hospital, Adrian Inn, Daily Telegram and many more) have been cleared throughout Lenawee County to make space for future business growth.

Lenawee Now through grants and incubation launched the Align Center for Workforce Development. The $10 Million grant allowed for the renovation of the former Restore World Church building converting it into a venue that supports Workforce Development Courses, Business Networking and Office Space.

These projects reflect not just private investment but a collective effort from local governments, community partners and our team at Lenawee Now to support site readiness, streamline approvals, grant writing and attract catalytic employers and developers in our region.

As we look to 2026, we do so with great optimism. We anticipate continued growth in our major sectors. We remain focused on workforce development, site selection, housing and quality of life improvements as these are the foundations that support a thriving community.

Thank you for your continued support in Lenawee Now-For A Brighter Tomorrow!
