Lenawee Now and Align Center for Workforce Development invites area employers to take part in a regional conversation on the future of artificial intelligence in business. This interactive session will be held on Thursday, March 26, from 3:30–5:00 p.m. at Align Center for Workforce Development, located at 440 E. Church Street, Adrian, MI.
This event features a keynote by Dale Anderson, Small Business Development Center, followed by open, facilitated discussions where employers share experiences, expectations, and challenges around AI adoption.
Attendees are encouraged to come prepared to share their experiences and perspectives.

- Their future expectations for AI in their business
- Concerns, barriers, and questions about implementation
“AI is rapidly changing the way businesses operate — and employer voices are essential in shaping how the region responds,” said Randy Yagiela, Development Director, Lenawee Now. “This event will allow us to identify and connect training resources to employer needs.”
